The Business intake set to start in May at the Smithers campus will be moving ahead with a smaller than planned cohort. In light of the ongoing COVID-19 situation, International students who have not yet landed in Canada and who applied for the May cohort will instead be offered September 2020 admission in Terrace.
Please visit coastmountaincollege.ca/covid19 for ongoing updates.
Will the May 2020 Business intake program still take place?
Yes. International students who have applied, but who have not yet arrived in Canada, will be offered September 2020 admission in Terrace (not Smithers). These students will receive a revised Letter of Acceptance (with a new program start date) shortly. Please check your email.
I have already received my study permit and booked my flight to arrive for the May 2020 intake program. What should I do?

Non-essential travels are not recommended at this point. Please wait for further notice. Check the IRCC website for updates.
What should I do if I have already received my immigration documents?
Please continue to send your documents to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your Coast Mountain College Student number. We will update you for any further notice.
Will the campus location (for September 2020) remain the same?
No, the new location for the revised intake will be at the Terrace campus.
What if I am already accepted for student housing?
A Housing officer will be in contact with you for details. Please do not duplicate your inquiry, they will be responded in the same order it was received.
Can I still apply for student housing?
