Articles aren't always available online; sometimes databases only provide descriptions of articles. If the "full-text" of the article is not available online, you may request a copy by any means: in person, telephone, e-mail
, or you may submit your requests using a paper form you'll find in the library. You also may submit requests online. Look for the "Where can I get this link" in the database; it will lead you to a form you can use to request the article. Expect to wait about a week for the article to arrive in the library.
