BARNHART Crane & Rigging Award is proud to support the aspiring talents at Coast Mountain College (CMTN) through our annual $500 award, granted to two deserving trades students each year. This initiative is a cornerstone of our commitment to nurturing the future of our industries and communities. This is a major part of our Purpose Statement, to develop people. By supporting trade students at CMTN, we are investing in the practical skills and innovative minds that will drive our region’s growth and sustainability. CMTN’s focus on experiential, hands-on learning, especially within the unique and diverse communities of British Columbia’s Northwest, aligns perfectly with our mission to foster local talent. Our contribution goes beyond financial aid; it is about endorsing a pathway that blends traditional knowledge with contemporary skills, and about empowering students who are set to become the next generation of professionals, leaders, and change-makers. The Terrace branch of Barnhart Crane and Rigging recognized the value of supporting educational advancement and is committed to supporting the candidate’s academic development.
