Apply to graduate
If you are in your last term of study and you are nearing program completion you will need to apply to graduate! Please follow these steps below to complete your application:
- Login to your myCMTN student account.
- Navigate to Graduation Overview on your home page.
- Under your program of study click on Apply.
- Fill out the online form*
* If you would like to attend convocation ceremonies in June, make sure you select YES next to the Attend Convocation question. To attend convocation ceremonies, you must apply for graduation before March 15 every year.
5. Wait to receive an email from Student Records. This email will confirm when your graduation application has been received and assessed. It will give you an update on your program completion status and will give you important information about transcripts, credentials and convocation ceremonies.
If you are not sure if you are on track to graduate and want to ensure that you are completing all the program completion requirements then please consult one of our Educational Advisors!
If you are unable to login to your myCMTN account or if you do not have an active program to graduate from, please contact our Enrollment Services team for assistance!
Graduation Timelines
- Applications for Graduation are assessed, and students are updated on the status of the application within 10 business days of application submission date.
- Graduations are processed within 10 business days of all final grades or transfer credits being posted to a student record.
- Credentials and Official Transcripts are mailed to current mailing address on file in 8-10 weeks from the date a student graduation is processed. Ensure your mailing address is up to date by logging into your myCMTN account or by contacting our Enrollment Services team.
