Coast Mountain College's three-story student housing building is located on Terrace Campus grounds. It's name, means "Where learners are content or comfortable."
The building is equipped with kitchen areas in each wing on all three floors. Kitchens include fridge, microwaves and stove. All housing students have access to free wireless Internet.
Each room is equipped with a twin bed, nightstand, wardrobe, desk and chair. Laundry, a bike room, elders suite, and cultural space are located on the main floor.
