Accessible: A person with a disability has the opportunity to access the same information, engage in the same interactions and enjoy the same services as a person without a disability in an equally effective and integrated manner, with similar ease of use.  The person with a disability must be able to get information as fully and independently as a person without a disability, offering equal opportunity to access education.

Barrier: Anything that hinders the full and equal participation in society of a person with a disability caused by environments, attitudes, practices, policies, information, communications or technologies and affected by intersecting forms of discrimination.

Accessibility Services
