The Health and Wellness Centre at Coast Mountain College’s Terrace campus, located in Waap Amgam (House of Cedar), serves as a welcoming hub for student well-being. Home to the Student Engagement Coordinator, Mental Health and Wellness Officer, and Director of Student Health Services, the centre offers both in-person and remote support across campuses.
This space is designed to promote mental, emotional, and physical wellness, featuring calming nooks for reading, coloring, puzzles, games, and meditation. Additionally, there are private virtual consultation rooms for confidential appointments with healthcare providers and mental health professionals.
Students can access non-perishable food items through the campus food banks and breakfast options through Breakfast Clubs (you can find current Breakfast Club details on the digital screens on your campus). A limited number of prepaid grocery cards are also available for those in need.
