Employee giving

The Employee Giving program enables Coast Mountain College staff to have a nominal amount of money deducted from their pay to contribute to student scholarships, awards & bursaries.

For as little as $10 per pay cheque, you can choose the bursary or award that you would like to contribute to. A big thank you to the staff members who have already signed on to the program.

Did you know?

  • 100% of donations go to students and you get a charitable tax receipt automatically on your T4
  • If every staff member gave just $10 every pay day we would be contributing approximately $52,000 annually to student Scholarships, awards and bursaries.

  • Employee Giving makes me feel like part of the bigger picture when it comes to education. My grandparents and mom always stressed how important education is so I hope I’m helping students accomplish more than they hoped for. I know lack of finances makes things extra stressful so I hope to ease some of that.

  • I am so fortunate to be able to see students succeed every day.  Employee giving greatly contributes to this success by ensuring students have the support they need to enroll, learn and find employment. If a student can have a little bit more financial support, they can fully concentrate on their studies.  I am so happy that CMTN employees can make that happen.
