Register for Continuing Studies

Register early to guarantee your seat, as classes fill up quickly! Registration is guaranteed with receipt of payment. 

Full payment is required at the time of registration. 
A minimum number of students is required to run courses. If that number is not reached, CMTN reserves the right to cancel classes. Every attempt is made to notify you in advance. We will move you to the next course date automatically if available, unless you notify us you want a full refund.  Please ensure your contact information is correct at the time of registration. 

Continuing Studies course registration

By phone 

You need a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) to register by phone at 1.877.277.2288. We cannot accept Visa Debit or Debit MasterCard over the phone.

In-person 

Register in person at your local campus with the registration team. You can pay with credit card, debit, cash or cheque. Post-dated cheques are not accepted.

By email 

Download and email a completed WT Application Form to the registration team. 

By fax 

Download and fax in a completed WT Application Form to the registration team. 

Online 

You need a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) to register by online. We cannot accept Visa Debit or Debit MasterCard.

  1. Go to myCMTN 
  2. Choose Continuing Education. 
  3. Search for the course you are interested in. 
  4. Choose the course you wish to register in. 
  5. Enter your personal information. 
  6. You may choose to add more courses, or proceed to payment. 
  7. Choose credit card type. You will be redirected to the PayPal system. Enter your payment information. 
  8. Print your confirmation of registration. 

Online course registration

Ed2go courses 

  1. Go to ed2go.com/cmtn
  2. Browse catalogue and choose a course. 
  3. Follow the instructions to enroll in your course. 
  4. You will be prompted to contact CMTN to make payment. We cannot accept online payments through the ed2go platform.
  5. When your course starts, return to ed2go.com/cmtn and click the “classroom” link. To begin your studies, simply log in with the name and password you selected when enrolling. 

Online Career Training 

  1. Go to careertraining.ed2go.com/cmtn 
  2. Browse catalogue and choose a course.
  3. Choose the “contact me” button and fill in your contact information.
  4. You will be contacted by the Workforce Training department and we will assist you in the next steps.
  5. Once you are registered and the program is paid for, you will be connected with an ed2go advisor who will give you access to your course. 

Buildforce

Please contact the Workforce Training department to register for Buildforce courses. Once you are registered and the course is paid for, you will be sent a pin and link to access the course on the Buildforce site. 

Sponsorship 

Sponsorship agencies and employers must fax or email in an Authorization to Invoice or a sponsorship letter. The authorization must be accompanied by a Registration form. Please see the sponsored students page for more information. 

Dropping courses 

If you decide not to attend a Continuing Studies course, it is your responsibility to withdraw yourself. Please contact the Workforce Training department to remove yourself from a course. Please familiarize yourself with our refund guidelines.
