Human Resources services incorporate strategic, forward-thinking consultation to leaders and administrators on a range of policies and practices.
Payroll services incorporate payroll administration, practical expertise to leaders and administrators related to policies and practices. In addition to case-specific advice regarding an individual's pay.

Jennifer Farrow - Director, Organizational Development
While working for the BC Public Service Agency, Elections BC, the University of Victoria, and the Ministry of Education, Jennifer has gained invaluable human resources knowledge and managerial skills. With a Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources & Leadership, Jennifer offers over 10 years of progressive human resources expertise.
