The Mind Over Metal camp introduces youth to welding and skilled trades through hands-on learning in a safe and supportive environment. Participants gain practical experience, build confidence, develop problem-solving skills, and explore exciting career pathways in welding and related trades. For many youth, the camp serves as an inspiring first step toward future opportunities in secondary education, post-secondary training, and apprenticeship programs.
Designed for youth ages 12-16, this engaging five-day camp provides a unique opportunity to learn from experienced instructors, create metal projects, and experience the satisfaction of working with their hands while developing skills that can last a lifetime.
