Student counselling resources

Coast Mountain College offers free, confidential counseling services to all students who need support.

The Keep Me Safe program is available to all domestic and international students. The service is available 24/7 through multiple formats (call, chat, email and videoconference). You can also download an app called My SSP from the App Store or Google Play.

Here 2 Talk is another online counselling service that domestic and international students have access to. The community resource created by the Canadian Mental Health Association called Here 2 Help is another online service that can help anybody with their mental health.
