Coast Mountain College (CMTN), Terrace campus, invites applications for a full-time Program Support position commencing as soon as possible. Salary will be in accordance with the BCGEU Support Staff Scale, Level 10: $2,452.80 biweekly plus a comprehensive benefits plan.

Responsibilities: The Program Support plays an important role in assisting daily operations, providing administrative and student support, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment. This position acts as the first point of contact responding to public inquiries regarding course offerings, funding agencies and internal departments.
An illustrative sample of key responsibilities:
- Frontline support: Serve as the first point of contact for student, faculty, and external partners; providing information on programs, requirements, and schedules; and handle inquiries from funding agencies
- Administrative support: Process departmental documentation, organize records, compile data for reporting, and support Deans with program reviews, complaints, appeals, and other formal processes.
- Marketing & Communications: Support recruitment and public relations events, audit and review marketing materials and websites for accuracy, and create/distribute communications to stakeholders and communities.
- Events & Meeting Management: Assist with departmental events, student activities, advisory committees, and logistics such as travel and accommodations; act as liaison with partners and stakeholders.
- General support: Provide ongoing assistance to Deans and departments, create forms/templates, transport students for field activities, and contribute to reports, tutoring programs, and other initiatives as needed.
