This is a reminder for all Students to register for Convocation as part of your application to graduate!

All students who want to attend a convocation ceremony must login to myCMTN, and select that they would like to attend convocation in the Apply to Graduate form.

Steps involved in the process are outlined in the Application for Graduation through myCMTN [PDF].

The deadline to apply for convocation is March 15.

To be eligibile, students must complete all coursework by the end of the winter academic term. 

Once you have submitted your request, the Registrar's Office will review your application for eligibility, arrange for you to receive a credential and communicate more specific information about your selected convocation ceremony.
