Written Student Complaint Form


Coast Mountain College is committed to the fair treatment of students and employees by providing an open, responsive, and collaborative approach to addressing student concerns. This form is to be used in the event a student, or group of students would like to lodge a complaint. Students are encouraged to seek advice from a staff person within the department to which the complaint is relevant or the Student Services team.

  • Name of the person the complaint involves
  • Nature of complaint
  • List names of witnesses*

*If applicable, include witnesses written statement(s), photos or correspondence and email to las@coastmountaincollege.ca
