Students at participating institutions in the north2north student mobility program can apply for an exchange grant to another partner university. Learn more at

CMTN faculty are invited to participate in academic conferences and research opportunities in science, social sciences, as well as teaching and learning.  Faculty from Coast Mountain College recently attended the second UArctic Congress, which was held September 2018 and hosted by the University of Oulu and the University of Helsinki.

Institute members have opportunities to have UArctic academic endorsement on applicable courses or programs.  This would include courses or programs that are developed with northern content, traditional knowledge, disciplinary and with an international delivery component.

CMTN courses and programs can be connected and promoted though the UArctic network.  This provides further opportunities for reciprocal study abroad opportunities.
